Stacey Kaltman, Ph.D.
Stacey Kaltman, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and Professor of Psychiatry. Dr. Kaltman is the Education Director for Cura Personalis, the clinical skills class for first and second year medical students. Her teaching focuses on basic and complex communication skills. She also serves as the ombudsperson for the school of medicine.
Dr. Kaltman is one of the directors of the MedStar Health Teaching Scholars program, which focuses on training attending physicians and other clinicians how to conduct medical education research. Her own research focuses on incorporating technology into the teaching of communication skills to early medical students.
